So, all my art classes and other activities are almost over and I'm getting ready for vacation. ;D

I'll be going to Japan and I'm leaving tomorrow, the 29th. After about a week in Japan, I'm going to Shanghai, China for another 2 weeks. I'll be back probably Aug. 26th.
I'm really excited for Japan and visiting all the different historical and economic areas; hope I can also spot some manga store along the way. (which probably won't be hard) The only thing that I'm not going to look forward to is the hot weather. D: -sigh- All I can hope for is that the AC will be on in all the rooms I go to.
I'll be really busy with traveling so I probably won't be able to get on the internet for the entire trip; I'm not even bringing my laptop.

Meanwhile, I got around to posting alot more art this week and I regret that I'll be gone for the next few weeks with nothing but a sketch pad and pencils. But if I have good art, I'll post it here.

Thanks to all those who read my LJ comic and comments. I appreciate it alot! Feedback and positive comments always motivate me to draw more.

Unfortunately, after the 3rd page, the updates will come much slower. I'm still inking the 4th page and the rest are still being planned and sketched out. I'll try to finish at least one by the end of summer when I come back.

Another problem is finding a way to scan these. For the first 3 pages and cover art, I used the scanner at my art school in SF...which is only really available to me during the summer. Classes are already over and unless I find a scanner that can scan these 11'' by 17'' comic strips into computers for me to save to, it's going to be hard to post these. I would take photographs if I have no options left but the quality will probably be alot worse. If anyone knows of any scanner I can use, please notify me.

Thanks for reading this post! I'll miss my friends out there for the time I'm gone. Meanwhile, have a great rest of the summer!
